As part of my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as other therapeutic techniques to create an individualized approach to effectively address your therapy goals.
In addition to therapeutic services, I also offer psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and college-age individuals. All evaluations are conducted in-person.

All 45-minute, individualized sessions are conducted using a HIPAA compliant program to protect your privacy and ensure confidentiality.

-
My goal is to earn your trust and confidence as we work collaboratively towards achievement of your personal goals.

-
Feedback is encouraged at the end of each session to optimize treatment and ensure the sessions are meaningful and beneficial to you.
PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL EVALUATIONS - COMING SOON!
Psychoeducational Evaluations are helpful because they provide a comprehensive understanding of an individual's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
By identifying strengths and areas for improvement, these evaluations offer valuable insights that can guide personalized learning strategies, intervention planning, and support services. They enable educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop tailored approaches to address learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and behavioral issues, ultimately fostering academic success, emotional well-being, and social development.
