BENEFITS OF TELEHEALTH SERVICES

My practice offers telehealth and in-person services. Telehealth is extremely effective and has proven to have several benefits:

  • Convenience of accessing the session from anywhere in the state

  • Eliminates travel time to and from the session

  • Improves retention rates 

  • Reduces the need to cancel your appointment if weather is poor, or due to other unexpected situations

  • Having done therapy in-person and virtually, there is no difference in the service that I will provide

PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES 

As part of my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as other therapeutic techniques to create an individualized approach to effectively address your therapy goals.  I work with the following populations:

 

  • Children

  • Adolescents

  • Adults

  • Seniors​

Additionally, I provide Psychoeducational Evaluations for children, adolescents, and college-age individuals. ​

 

 

 

 

Individual Therapy

  • All 45-minute, individualized sessions are conducted using a HIPAA compliant program to protect your privacy and ensure confidentiality.

  • My goal is to earn your trust and confidence as we work collaboratively towards achievement of your personal goals.

  • Feedback is encouraged at the end of each session to optimize treatment and ensure the sessions are meaningful and beneficial to you.

​Psychoeducational Evaluations are helpful because they provide a comprehensive understanding of an individual's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

 

By identifying strengths and areas for improvement, these evaluations offer valuable insights that can guide personalized learning strategies, intervention planning, and support services. They enable educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop tailored approaches to address learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and behavioral issues, ultimately fostering academic success, emotional well-being, and social development.​

Executive Functioning Coaching

Executive functioning skills are a set of cognitive processes that enable you to plan and organize your life, and accomplish a variety of tasks.


We will work together to develop an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses through formal assessment. A treatment plan will be created to effectively address your areas of weakness, while maximizing your strengths.
