Dr. Kalafut is an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. Although full payment is processed at the end of each session, Dr. Kalafut offers courtesy billing. This means that she will submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf so that you may be reimbursed directly, using your out-of-network benefits. You may want to first consult with your insurance company regarding your out-of-network coverage.

Dr. Kalafut accepts all major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards.

The first session (Intake) takes about an hour to complete. This is the information gathering session where Dr. Kalafut discusses therapy goals, determines frequency of sessions, and develops a treatment plan. All sessions that follow will be 45-minutes long, unless a more lengthy session is appropriate.
