Frequently Asked Questions
Dr. Corrinne Kalafut is now in-network with Aetna through Headway, a secure platform that simplifies scheduling and insurance billing for therapy sessions. Clients with Aetna insurance can now use their benefits directly for sessions with Dr. Kalafut. For all other insurance plans, Dr. Kalafut is considered out-of-network, but she can provide a superbill or offer courtesy billing to help clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
Dr. Kalafut’s goal is to make therapy accessible, personalized, and seamless for every client. Please reach out with any questions about insurance or getting started.
Dr. Kalafut accepts all major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards.
The first session (Intake) takes about an hour to complete. This is the information gathering session where Dr. Kalafut discusses therapy goals, determines frequency of sessions, and develops a treatment plan. All sessions that follow will be 45-minutes long, unless a more lengthy session is appropriate.
